Hello I have 2 problems.
Problem No.1
The Teflon filament guide tube on the extruder is missing. Please send the missing part to me, Thanks
Problem No.2
I assembled the printer, no problem
I aligned the printer, no problem
I did my first print ( the plate as per Geeetek suggested), no problem
While the printer was in stand by mode, I noticed the printer bed was getting hot (very hot) I then turned of the power, and when the bed cooled down. I I then turned the power switch back on and the bed immediately started heating up, I then felt the mosfet and it was very very hot.
could you please send me a replacement board ASAP thanking you.
