second color dosen't stick

I have printed a few logos: FIAT, FIAT Abarth and Oakland Raiders. All three of them have trouble when i switch to white as second color. ABS doesn't do very well at all. PLA sticks better but I don't get a good first or second layer. I use this bit of G-code to switch filaments:

Any ideas how I can make the second color work better?
