GSM shield

Hi all, I am new here. I would like to buy a GSM shield from AliExpress, but the problem is ;
When I start to use this field in my country, it will automatically be blocked in 1 month because of the imei number of gsm shield
is not registered in my country. Is it possible to clone the imei of my old phone to this gsm shield to be registered ? any solutions or suggestions ? thanks.
