Firmware download from GT2560

Sorry my english is poor!
I have a question from download.
How can I download firmware from GT2560 board?
I can upload the firmware but I can't download from board.

Hi,

I thought if a simpler solution upload new firmeware.
It was new setup, calibration etc.
This firmware saved two different computers.
