XY axis angle calibration?

Hello,

My X and Y axes are not perpendicular. I tried to mechanically adjust it, but the Geometry (parallelograms) is not very suitable to do so. Before I start drilling and milling, I would like to ask:

1) How do you effectively adjust the perpendicularity mechanically?
2) Is there a software calibration in Marlin?
