Voice recognition sensor not reply

I tried to working voice recognition module. It worked one times. But After it didn't work and not reply to my commands. After I tried to connecting computer. But it is weird. I tried to delete commands but it replied İ letter on computer ( via accesport.)

Also when I loaded hex commands( AA 11), it replied A when AA 12 was tried, it replied B . Help me please. I tried on Accessport.

Hi,here are some tips for your case.
1、In the device manager of the computer, please check if the driver is installed correctly;
2、Then check whether the baud rate and serial port are set up correctly;
3、Check if the jumper is plugged in correctly, and the working voltage should be set at 5V;
4、You can use an external receiver to test whether the receiver has a problem
If it still cannot work,please sent a test video about the details as much as possible.
