Hi ,
Owner of a m201 printer and having trouble to print with the 2 in 1 hotend (abs) , I changed the hothend for a V6 j head ,
I already had the firmware wich enables 100% feed from one extruder , but I have some trouble now with my j head ,
Thermistor seems to be ok and displaying the right temp , but i can not get a stable temperature from the heat cartridge , ( for example i set it to 240° and it goes randomly from 260 to 240 "as i can see on LCD screen" ) ,
Anyway to solve that ?
Thanks

Hi,It sounds like there are some bad connections in the wiring of thermistor and heating block. Please double check the inside wiring. If it still dont work, try to replace it with a new one.

Hi ,
thanks for the quick reply , I double checked the wiring and it's ok ,
Is it possible that its caused by the v6 jhead heating cartrige being more powerfull than the 2 in 1 hotend one ?
V6 hotend cartridge can go to higher temperatures and it's 40W but I can't find how much Watts the 2 in 1 is .
Thanks
