Z axis on the Aluminum prusa i3 is moving extreemly slow.

I just updated the firmware on my prusa i3 and now another problem has appeared (which is the norm for me now) the z axis moves extreemly slow and half the distance, I believe have to re update the firmware but i cant find where it would be.

I think you should update the firmware named "PI3A Pro(for the upgraded kit using lead screw)".

But the pi3 pro is for the dual extruder is it not?

I'm sorry the name. The name should be "Plusa_I3_A_sanguinololu(for the upgraded kit using lead screw)".
