when the insert does not recognize it and from the software it says INIT FAIL.
What do I have to do to make her recognize her well? a greeting.
I am Spanish and I use the google translator.

You should confirm your SD card is FAT32, Class 4. Then take it out and wipe it several times with a tissue and then try to insert it again.
