Moving Z problem

Post by Hamed »

I just assembled my printer but the z axis move very badly I mean

the torque of motors is very very low and I had to almost open all the screw of the T8 lead screw nut that motors can move the z axis but I know it's not good solution and will reduce the quality of the print so what is the best solution ? is that problem because of the long and slim wires from the drivers to the motors ?

thank you.

Hi, I have exactly same problem could you please help me to understand how to increase the current for the motors? In my printer I did not find any screw for this. Thanks

Hi.

So you need to read the description of the stepstick module.

Z Moves and Mega Evos only work in Ultraspace, there is a config option that ask which World should use old Gen mechanics and youd need to add in 0, for overworld, so that it would work.
