Control board Extruder Problem

The interface of the extruder on control board seems to not working. For, if I link the extruder to the interface of X axis stepper motor it will move. But it won't move if I link the extruder to the interface of extruder on the control board. Thus, it should be the problem of the control board.

I've consulted my friend studying electronic engineer, and he said the interface of extruder is in different direction compared to other interface on the control board, which will highly possibly lead to the problem.

Should I change another control board or is there any other suggestions, please tell me.
