Seems like layer shifting.
It happens when the driver voltage not enough or the belts are loosened.

Hello,

I will suggest :
1. reduce speed (40 is agood compromise)
2. reduce the xjerk to 10 and yjerk also to 10 (menu/motion/Jerk)
