A30 nozzle temperature low

Hi guys anybody got same problems with me? When I start printing with my A30 it was working very well,but after one hour my A30 are stop working,the screen show me about the nozzle temperature to low(forget to take photo). then I restart my A30 and check the settings the serial number and hardware version is missing.Some one can give me a help?
