how to get warrenty parts and is there an upgraded part a10m

High after having my a10m for about a month one of the filament sensors broke off at the mounting screw seems like a week design is this a warranty item? If so how do I get it warrantied and is there an upgraded version if so anyone know the part number for it or is there a way to improve on this part?
