So i just tried it. Did not work, still the clicking, really don't know what to do now and so frustrated, cleaned the nozzle again, gotten everything apart from the extruder, back together, still doesn't work.. This will never work :?

Could you please give some more information what to check because of the time difference, and not only 1 maybe solution at a time. Also gotten an firmware by mail, tried it, still no progress.. Every time when i try pressing it trough the extruder by hand it doesn't go smooth, i always need to use force ?? Is this normal ?

Really frustrated.. First bad service at replacement parts, now everything is together, and still i can not print anything :x

When it's ticking, what is the first line and 4th line of LCD reading?

The lines are just normal, temp and information, no error on the lcd. You can compare it to an dry run, but with the extruded motor ticking so no filament can come out..

Just tried it again here is a screenshot from the LCD when it's ticking:

How do I check the current that I've adjusted at the stepper motor driver ? Changed the stepper driver with an other one that I bought from you guys and still the same ticking.. Could you please give me some more tips and information...

1. I notice you did not set the temperature of hot bed. 80 degrees for PLA, and 95 degrees for ABS. You'd better smear a layer of glue on hot bed.
2. Raise the temperature of extruder. 200 degrees for PLA, and 240 degrees for ABS.
3. Increase the distance between nozzle and hot bed. When the distance is too low, filament can not come out from the nozzle, so the extruder is ticking.

The reason why there is no hotbed temp, is that I'm testing it in the mid air for seeing of there is coming something out and giving the commands in repetier host for just the extruded and without a job to test it easier, in every situation it starts ticking, tried a range from 185-230 for pla, and does not work.. So that's not the problem like you say..

1. Swap the exturder motor driver(A4988) with x or y motor driver. Check if the extruder motor works after heating. (To check if extruder motor driver is broken)
2. Plug x or y motor to extruder connector, check if the motor works after heating. (To check if extruder motor is abnormal)

  1. Already tried that with some new stepper drivers
  2. This does the same, so this is strange.
Today the test went a bit better, but the extruder motor isn't that strong enough seems to be. When it's starting a new print, and it went a bit cold, before it would have a clog. When i try pushing it trough before the print. Try it again, print starts up, but then suddenly in the middle of the print it starts ticking again.. So how come????? I was making progress, and now it's in the middle of a print :x
