My stepper motors wont move, any of them

I just noticed the wires from the motors come out Black Red Green Blue. But the plugs that go into the board are Black Green Red blue. They came like that all 4.

Lights show the heating status of hot bed and extruder, red for bed and green for extruder. When either of them is on, it means the corresponding one is heating.
Please check if all the jumper caps under stepper drivers are well plugged, and check if all the stepper drivers are plugged correctly, "GND" on driver should be connected to "GND" of mainboard.

Ok I had placed the motor boards on backwards, I went by the picture in the wiki ramps manual. But I reversed them and they are moving. I havent got the mintemp error since I lowered the min temp to 0 in the firmware. Im pretty sure the z threaded rods are bent, I can see them wobble and its causing resistance in the movement. I also cant get the manual movement to go beyond about half the board each way the motors start to grind. Also the z end stop dosnt work even switching wires around.

Here is a picture, I just tried to do a test print and the printer moved the extruder all the way down and tried to keep going probably due to the z end stop not working. I did get some filament to come out in a test which is good. In the picture you can see the wire layout is different than the end plugged into the board.
