I have the A4988 stepper drives they are plug correct. I have tighten the belt, but the problem keeps. I noticed that the problem is only on X axis. Why this starts after a couple of layers and doesn't start from the beginning of the print? What other possibilities exist ?

Let's check if it's g-code issue. Please try to print with the attachment. Please raise the temperature of extruder and hot bed properly before printing.

Let's spend more time on printing one more thing to check if it is really slicer issue, please print with the attachement. Please heat up the extruder and nozzle in advance.
Attachment is extruder holder, you'd better print in ABS if you have ABS, because the holder printed in ABS is better, you can replace it in case of the older one is broken.

No there are no errors, the only things that lcd displays are the temperatures and the X Y Z coordinates. I usually kill the print because is a waste of material after problem appears

Please try to print again, see if it stops at the same place. If it stops at the same place, I think it is gcode issue, maybe it was not completely copied to your SD card.
