Actually, I can't see if there are 2 screw in that 2 hole, I can the bigger 2. A clear photo could be better.
But if the coupling really lacks 2 screws, please tell customer service, let them send you.

Yes, you leave a gif. You rotated the coupling, I can see the big 2 screw but the gif is not clear enough. I can not see if there are 2 smaller black screws, they are across the center of coupling.

I already tell the agent about this issue but still got nothing, I believe I already sent a video regarding my issues through the agent

What an irresponsible agent! Please try to contact the seller, they should responsible for sending bad kits.

I did email the support, about twice for my lcd and this coupler, do they really get my email?
