I swapped the two end stops and now when I hit Home all the axis(X,Y,Z) goes to the Home position.
However when I go in the Prepare mode and try to move the Y axis manually (I mean by turning the knob on the LCD) I still get the same result(as I was getting before) the heat bad will only move backwards. On another note which I also observed is that when I turn the knob to the left the heat bad moves back and when I turn it to the right it still moves back instead of the other direction. Thanks again for your help!

I swapped the two(X/Y) endstops and I hit the Auto Home and all the axis went to the home position.
Then I went into the Move axis from the Prepare menu and tried to move the Y axis back and forth and I observed that the heat bed will only move in a single direction which is backwards just like before. So I'm still having the same issue as far as the Y axis.

My apologies for the delay in responding.please press the endstop of y axis manually when you start printing.i want to check whether y-endstop could work.

Sorry for my delayed reply but I was away from my home so I couldn't do the testing sooner. So I run the job and then I press the rear switch while the heat bed moves backwards and nothing happened the bed keeps moving in the same direction until he hits the back and it still tries to move however there is no room so the servo it just keeps jumping. Not sure what to do....

1.could you print sth by repetier host?
2.please swap the y driver board with other axis ,and tell me the result.

I'm not sure what do you mean by print sth? What I tried so far is to load up a .stl file and then Run the job from Repetier-Host GEEEtech and what happened is the printer started the job but when the heat bed hit the back switch(Y axis) it just keeps trying to move in the same direction without changing direction.

And also what do you mean by the Y driver board? You mean to swap the Y connector with X connector for example or to swap the servo motor?

hi,Y driver board is stepper driver(A4988).Did you check your endstop?for example, you can swap x endstop with y.if y could home normally, that it's the endstop problem.

I swapped the endstop's the Y with the X but I'm still getting the same result. So the endstop is doing his job.
