LCD screen button Will Not Scroll

Hi everybody!

I am facing the same issue with my printer!
Can i have a solution or a correct firmware because my encoder is not scrolling even if the push button works.

might check the pads on the LCD panel, see if there's bad soldering or short out there:

I have checked LCD pads and board pins but everything seems ok.
Any other suggestion?

no short out or bad soldering? that's weird...then you can download the firmware here see if it works:
