220v, and yes, i tried to adjust it but, it doesnt reach higher voltage, the max i got is 9v

You measure the voltage directly or connect it to the motherboard then test?I wanna you test the DC output of PSU directly...

i got the psu disconnected from the board, so all measures i've done are directly from the psu output, directly from the screws of the psu

frist thing i did after seen it was not working, i test it with an atx power suppy and everything worked ok, im just claiming a new power supply cuz this one just came bad and couldnt make a use of the machine with it
