Problem with PSU

Hello, i have i finished my geeetech i3 pro b, and once i tried to turn it on just with psu connected, lcd panel starts to blink, only shows info if i conned it by usb. Motors doesnt move or anything, i checked everything was correctly wired and it is and finaly tested with another power suppy that i had, and it started working perfectly, i would like to know, what should i do, in order to have a replacemente for this broken PSU that i recived with my kit, thanks you!

Have you measured the voltage of power supply?What value it is?

i have not, it just simply doesnt work when i connected it

I think you can try measuring the DC output of your PSU.And see if it is 12V.

So what residential electricity is in your country and have you switched the 220V/110V?If you choose right voltage,then adjust this one in the pic below and see if the DC output could reach 12v.

i got 220v, i've not swiched it, just put it on 220v before connecting anyway im going to check it again

already checked, if i set 110v, nothing happen light turn off and i dont have output v. If i set it to 220v, lights turn on, and output V changes between 8-8.5-9

What AC voltage your country uses???And you mean you have adjust the potentiometer i told you,then it couldn't reach 12V?
