Prusa i3b PLA clicking after a while

I changed the value trying to fix my issue and since then I can't print normally (the motor has 1V), the flow of the filament is irregular and the result is like this:



I don't know what to do, I'm wasting a lot of time and effort trying to print normally. If I push the filament by hand, the result is the expected, it seems like the motor can't pull the filament, any idea?

My printer is an i3b Pro with the GT2560 rev A and it seems like a new version of the mk8 extruder (all the photos from the wiki are different).

How about adjusting the voltage to 1.2V?Yes，your extruder is a new one.

I tried before a lot of values between 0.8V and 1.2V without luck and I read that thread before too (I tried all things except the screw of the mk8 because mine extruder doesn't have it). I tried to exchange the X and the extruder A4988 and nothing.

What is the factory value of the A4988 for the kit I bought (the said before)?

Any other idea?

OK,you can check the following 2 points:
1.Uninstall the fan of extruder,then press the handle,move E axis(drive the extruder) on software or LCD and observe if the extruder's rotating speed is normal:

2.Observe the gap between the philip screw and the gear when extruder moves,make sure the gap is not too tight or too loose.Also,you can check what is the main reason actually that affects the speed of sending filament when the extruder works:

I do remember it.But what i actually wanna you do is to check if there is a problem on the extruder itself by referring to the earlier version MK8.Like the gap between the screw and the gear,and you can check the extruder motor's speed after you pull out the filament.Remember to remove the fan of extruder.
Can you catch my idea?

I noticed that your extruder is clicking when printing, could it possible be the problem of the motor driver? I think you can swap the driver of extruder with other axis, see if it will make any difference.

How about increasing the voltage of A4988 to 1.2~1.4V?
