I get a file does not exist from the url you posted ... download/file.php?id=1650
When trying to load the Marlin file in Arduino ... I get the message "could not add example configuration file to the sketch" but it downloads everything else ...
When I continue with the install ... I get the error message in the attachment ... "make sure you have Arduino Mega selected from the tool boards ???
That's the one I selected ... highlighted at the bottom of the list ??

This firmware is killing me ...

Looks like you have a wrong firmware...
I have no idea why you can't download it from my link and i have access to it on my PC...

I had just found that link and was attempting to use it when I received your message ...
I open Arduino ... when I select the 59 items ... Ok ... but I can't select and drop into Arduino ... it was never a problem with the first firmware I had ...
So I can select 59 items ... but I can not move & drop in Arduino ...

The original error message when I clicked the url you provided shown ...

I've been suffering with 'this' since it arrived December 19th ... Its December 4th now ...
If I typed what I'm thinking ... my keyboard would probably MELT ...

You can attach a detailed video to show me the issue,maybe i can check something for you?
