Hi,
So what did you do to solve it?

sorry i get the answer by e mail by some one of your technical support
in fact it s the normal way of working when i made the test the nozzle didn t start heating until the heat bed arrive at the temperature
i have had some mistake a few time but but not a regular trouble
it works deferently after a stop and start they both start heating together
but after 3 test it the nozzle start heating after the bed at the good temperature
so i did nothing else or may be what you ask to me works (reinstalling firmware and changing the sd card)
