update had a friend come around with a galaxy S10 and he gets the exact same message as i do serial number dosent exist anyone else have this issue ?

Hi, you can view your serial number through the About in the screen.

Hi the serial on the side and in the screen are the same but my app is saying it dosent exist

i have now installed drivers for my Macs and can print via usb so all good but today i used my mac pro forgot to setup the program properly

was in a rush and destroyed the extruder tip

where is the best place to buy spares ? i think the one in it was a 0.5mm

Hi, Are you referring to the broken nozzle?
Its standard diameter 0.4mm caters to 3D printing fanciers’ regular need.

Hi, Are you referring to 3d wifi
You can check if the serial number is attached to the back of the wifi.
