Hi, you can exchange the driver on the motherboard to see the movement, this may be the problem of the driver.

OK, you have two problems here. First one is that the X-Axis is probably not sitting level. This means the one of the slide blocks (probably the one on the right) is too low, making the linear bearings jam on the rails. With the power off, try and turn the two lead screws by hand at the same time (thumb and forefinger). They will be very stiff. Now move the right one on its own and you will find a point where it becomes much easier to turn. At that point, try tuning both and you should find they move freely.

That's only half your problem, though... At the midpoint of the Z-Axis travel, the tension of the X-Axis belt bends the Z-Axis rods inwards by a couple of mm. At the extremities, the Z-Axis slides jam.

The fix is really easy, and obvious. Slacken off the X-Axis belt completely and remove the locking collars from the horizontal X-Axis rods. Refit them on the inside of the mechanism, so they are between the two slide blocks (rather than on the outside of them) and resist the belt tension.

NotWiggo, I have tried leveling the X axes before using a ruler I tried to have both ends of the X axes exactly the same and yes whilst they do become slightly easier to turn in unison, they still won't turn by the motors input.
I will try your suggestion with the X axes belt tension and locking rings. I will let you know how I get on

Hi,If Y-axis can move normally, z-axis cannot move normally.
You can exchange the y-axis drive with the z-axis drive.
If the z-axis can move normally after the exchange,
there is a problem with the z-axis drive.
