It was only connected wrong because your company did not specify that it was different and noted that the screw had to be a certain way. The extruder makes a squeaking noise but does not move

So what are you going to send me to repair the printer? No where in the manual that was emailed to me or any info given did it state that. That was the first time I had seen it. It isn't even under the printer settings.
