My PWM fan also isn't working.
I've measured voltage according to the picture in the topic start.
Fan speed 0 :
Pin 1-3 = 0
pin 1-2 = 0
Pin 2-3 = 0
Fan speed 255:
Pin 1-3 =0
Pin 1-2 =0
Pin 2-3 =1.7V
Is the mosfet broken or is something else wrong?
(I've got the 3 in 1 control box )

I've got a misfunctioning PWM too..
I've measured the voltages:
Fan speed setting 0 :
Pin 1-2 = 0
Pin 2-3 = 0
Pin 3-1 = 0
Fan speed setting 255:
Same as above but pin 2-3 gives a 1.7V difference.
IS the mosfet broken or is there another problem?
I've got the 3 in 1 control box

I think the part of Q4 and Q5 part of the mainboard were broken.
Q4:AP2305AGN
Q5:AP2306AGN

I thought Q4 was related to the extruder and not the PWM fan.
How can i check Q4?

The link mentions Q5. And not Q4.
You stated that Q5 and Q4 would be broken.
How can i check Q4?
