I can confirm that it's an extruder design problem:

I put an element to block the pressure system and then it worked again. What can we do? Extruder replacement?

Hi,
It is weird,i can't see your pic...Since that,i guess it's the bad spring caused this.To solve the problem,you can contact the seller resend you serveral springs,and it may work.

Hi,

after replacing the feeder system for the old one I can confirm that the feeder was the problem. Now I'm able to print 10+ hours without problem in PLA and I'm happy with the printer.

I got the same problem with my MK8 2. Had to adjust the spring tension with washers. By design my tension can't be higher by now. It will hit the stop.
I'm looking at this solution. Do we buy the short or the long one? I can't find an explanation of the differences. Thanks!
