Extruder problem on Mecreator

I have same problem. The filament will melt and clog the barrel of the extruder. I received 2 units of MeCreator last October, but until now not able to do any print. The advice you get from Ge Tech will be to test this and that but will never admit it's their product design weakness.

Maybe it is because of the wiring issue.
