Prusa i3 acrylic extruder problem

Hello I have assembled the printer and tried to print out a test piece but it won't feed the plastic the stepper motor only making sound and moving forward and backwards and sounds can anyone please help me fixing this ??

Maybe the filament is stuck in the extruder because the temperature is not high enough.
Please tell me the temperature you set.
Usually, the temperature is 190-200℃ for ABS, and 170-190℃ for PLA.

I have tried different temperatures from 200 and up 230 degrees ..
I have read about E steps in here what shall it be in the settings ?? I have 1.75 and 0.3 nozzle
My e step stands on 800 is that right ??

You can rise the temperature of extruder to 260 degrees.
And you can adjust the intensity of extruding by the thread, which is shown in the picture.

I have tried to adjust the screw but not helping I will try to set the temp higher later today

Hello again i tried with the temp set to 260 but its not working the extruder motor is making sounds and only makes small move forward and backwards wile making strange sounds ... it sounds that it struggles to move but if i remove the plastic and try to feed without plastic, it do the same without plastic ..
If i wile it making sounds when it tries to feed and i help feeding it down with my fingers it extrudes..
is 800 mm of E steps OK ?? it was set to that when it arrived

Now we are sure that it's not the filament's issue. So please check if you have plugged all the jumper caps under every A4988. And please tell me the type of mainboard.

Yes every jumper cap is ont its place and the board is Sanguinololu
