Prusa I3 Pro B Black Acrylic Heating/extruder issues
Hi there,
Recently bought the Pro B and have had multiple issues from the start...
First of all, I was sent 2 PI3A-M02 instead of 1 PI3A-M02 and 1 PI3A-M03. This makes it impossible to attach the PSU.
Second, the Extruder Bracket (P4 in manual) has started to break at the seam and will be broken when I am able to print something.
Third, my heatbed will not heat up... I have checked and triple checked all of my wiring and have updated to the latest firmware provided to me by Lemon.Wang at your company..... I got my extruder nozzle to heat up, but this ended up breaking the filament guide slotted screw with the teflon coating.... straight in half.....I thought the teflon was there to prevent this kind of thing from happening?
I can provide pictures and anything else you want to see. Just ask... I was excited to get this printer but I have yet to print a single thing and have been setback by faulty products and improper logistical packaging.
Please help...
Aaron

1&2. We have asked our customer service to send you PI3A-M03 and extruder bracket. If your printer can print, I can give you stl files of extruder bracket.
3. Please tell me what LCD displays. I think you'd better take some pictures for third question so that I can better understand.

From the picture you take, the hotbed thermistor is not connected to mainboard, and I note that one fan is not connected to board, I want to know, whether you connect it to "B-Therm" pins? Please check.
As for the broken sloted bolt, please contact lemon, let her send you a new one. If it's broken again, I think it's because of your wrong operation. Please be careful.

The heated thermistor is connected in the pictures to the b-therm spot on the board and I don't have the fan plugged in for the main board because it sounds like a jet engine compared to the other fan.... I need to get another fan but I figured I'd just swap It out when I got my side pieces. I'm not sure what else could be wrong with the heat bed

When you unplug thermistor, can you test its resistance with multimeter?

Just tested with a multimeter and it's showing resistance/ is good. Not sure what else it could be

When you are heating hot bed, does the green light on hotbed's underside shine?

Plese test the resistance of thermistor on 2 ends of Dupont, see what the value is.
