HELP!!! The printer not move anyt axes!!!

Post by benedetto.luca »

Hello,
after completing the assembly on my new Prusa i3 I've try it...
... with the LCD controll I've first try to move axes, and X & Y was move fine, but not Z...
... the support suggest me to swap connection, and I've try without success and, now, also X & Y axec do not want move!
With LCD/Prepare/Move axex when I move X/Y/Z with 1mm option in the display I see mm moving correctly, but the printer do not "really" move and the sound are coming from drivers are for a really small displacement!

I've connected them as was indicated in the building manual... black/blue/red that means Z/X/Y

The stopper... right, the repetier tell me "echo:endstop hit: " at any command I send to move motors...
.. but the end stopper are connected just like suggested by building instruction, Black/Blue/Red that mean Z/X/X

I have Arduino+ramps... I've see on building manual and on one schema tell to connect X/Y/Z and in one other Black/Blue/Red that are Z/X/Y.
I've try both without change...

One more info...
... I've use Repetier-host to send M119 command and I've got:

14:39:07.124 : x_min: TRIGGERED
14:39:07.124 : x_max: TRIGGERED
14:39:07.124 : y_min: TRIGGERED
14:39:07.127 : y_max: TRIGGERED
14:39:07.127 : z_min: TRIGGERED
14:39:07.127 : z_max: TRIGGERED

and this never change also when I mannually close the end stop or unplug the endstop from Ramps...
How can I "untrigger" them by defaults?

Maybe it's endstop issue in firmware. Please leave your email, I will send you a firmware.
