dual extruder mount not looking so good

My dual extruder mount is not looking so good. It is "sagging" a good 10 degrees.
Please advise

Are these 2 screws tight enough?

yes, in fact I have tightened them a couple of times.

Are the bottom screws tightened?

yes, but come on, you can clearly see where the sag is taking place, and it certainly isn't from those screws as then the extruders would be at an angle to the support, which they are not.
Something is up with the design for the support. If you have an improved version I can print it on my single extruder machine.

Please advise asap.

You can try to print one yourself, see if it is still sagging.
