Mosfet problem

hello

hello I just dismounted to see what has happened, I attacked on quell'innesto Heatbed as described in the manual, the problem is when I agree to give the temperature Heatbed, the MOSFET overheats the others are ok remain cool, I think that component is defective. for everything else works. hello thanks

What is the resistance of heat bed?

1k ?! That's impossible. Normally it should be 1.2 ohm. How did you test the resistance? You can test the resistance at the 2 ends of hot bed wires.

I tested with my digital multimeter and reading me the value of 1k

ok, I just tested as photos and the value is between 0.45 and 0.60

That's abnormal with current double.
