I3 proB 3D printer MK8 Extruder Prusa

Hi to all!

I'm new with this type of printer, all is connected I hit the auto home and x and y are running ok, but I don't know how to setup Z; I'm not sure if I'm doing this correct.

Not sure what to do to print, if I need to put the extruder in the middle of the bed or what height, I need some help, please!
