Geetech...please please please.....
The delay on the posts is driving me crazy. It takes about 48 hours to get any feedback on a post. Having all the posts per-approved causes too much delay. The forum should be moderated so the community can interact at a more expedited pace thus improving both the users experience and the level of service from geetech. After poking around different reprap forums in search of a few answers I have seen that geetech currently has a very very low satisfaction rate with its customers. Current suggestions are to avoid geetech's products. I have purchased a number of items from geetech and never had problems but...an angry customer will tell 10 people of the bad service and a satisfied customer only tells one... Moderate the postings instead of per-approving. Make a greater effort to ensure your assembly instructions are more concise being specific to the different models, no matter how minor the latest improvement in the design is, it should still be posted as an addendum to the build instructions. *Especially if it has made the contents of the shipped package different from the packing list* And you should probably only list the hardware needed for each step by the numbered sticker on the bag rather than by the actual hardware spec because this causes an extra step of cross-referencing the numbers for each part. If Geetech needs assistance in the translation of assembly manuals and accurately depicting the different builds feel free to contact me. yeayeahchino@yahoo.com
