Extruder moter dont turn....

Hi I just got a Geeetech Prusa I3 X and everything works fine, except the Extruder motor.
I know the motor works, because when I switch the cable with another moter it is turning...

I see that some people have similar problems, and they change the "firmware"...how do I do that?

Hoping someone knows something...
