The Ultimate solution to all extruder problems

After nearly 12 month of jams and blockages and failed prints i have found the key to fixing the mk8 extruder problem! scrap it and buy a new one from a different company. I brought the makerfarm Greg's extruder and the ed3-v6 hot end and all my troubles are over. I get excellent quality prints and so far have run up to 7 hour prints with no trouble.

Now dont get me wrong geeetech have tried to help. there are multiple threads on this board with them helping me trouble shoot and they have always gotten back to me promptly and i have no problem with the rest of their system. however the MK8 has been the bane of my existence for a year now and i have had a myriad of replacement parts up to and including a hole new unit (apparently they updates it but its the same) and non of this has helped. I am interested to see if this makes it to the forum as my last few posts begging for help never made it live.
