Slic3r Setting Help

Hello, I am using Geeetech Pro C Dual Extruder printer. I have a question about slicer settings. All the settings / number set look good except one. If I want to use the same speed (X & Y) for movement while printing, but want to decrease the speed of amount of material to be feed, then which parameter should I change? Please mind that I want to use the same travel movement speed while decreasing the material flow. Thank you very much.

Is it the "extrusion mutiplier" ? don't know if this works, you can try it.
