I3X can't read SD Card

I have a 2GB SD card formatted as FAT.

I've exported a gcode file from Slic3r onto the SD Card.

I insert the SD card into the I3X and it's detected however when i navigate into the SD card there's nothing there.

did you put the .gcode file into a folder? If you did this then the printer will not recognize it.

Nope, there are no folders on the SD card, just the .gcode file

have you tried to use another card?
