high pitch noise, LED doesnt show anything, motor X shaking

So i just assembly my iprusa i3 pro B, and when i plug energy and turn it on, the motor X starts shaking , the LED panel start making a very none stop high pitch noise, and the LED panel doesnt show anything.
PLS help
