Assembling problems

Hi,
what about the printhead-holder? if i install it like the manual i have the problem that the nossle is higher than the bearing bracket. So i had to lower the throat of the hotend.
But if i do so the distance between drivegear and throat is about 20mm so that i can't print flexible filament! So i think it will be a very good idea to extend the holder that the complete printhead comes down (about 10mm).
The next thing - if i mount the printhead's like shown on the photo, the nossles are in a different height. How about a level for each printhead?
