Rambo 1.2 LED stay on

Hi.
I just opened, and added my Geeetech Rambo replacement 1.2 board, to my printer. But when I turn the power on LED 5 and LED 6 both red turn on, and stay on, why could this be happening.

Ps.. The printer. is not connected to the computer, when I turn the power on.
