Hi,
I bought my Prusa I3X about 6 months ago and still, I'm having trouble:
1. even after sanding all of the rods, and lubricating, the Y axis is still pretty stuck.
2. Z wobble, printed https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1204200 , it is better now.
Thanks for your help!
A lot of problems with Prusa I3X
Re: A lot of problems with Prusa I3X
Maybe the bearings are stuck, you need to check the belts, see if they are too tight or not. Or check the rods, are they bended? the diameter of the rods, could it be too big for the bearings to move?

Hi,
I think, I had the same problem with the X axis.
The root cause of the problem that the timing belt mounting block on the extruder carriage is too close to the lower (returning) timing belt. If you cut the belt even a half mm longer than necessary when you mounted it to the mounting block, the end of the belt will stuck into the teeth of the returning belt. So you need to disassemble the mounting block and cut 0.5-1mm from the end of the belt.
This resolved the stuck X axis for me.
