Iduino Yun Shield with matlab

Hi guys,

I´m started one project with the iduino yun shield and mega 2560, but I am being faced with some problems and I need some help!

The project is to collect data by COM port or WiFi to MATLAB, and your board not choing in the program, only the original - arduino yun.

So, anyone just collect data to MATLAB in this forum, and have any ideia to resolve this issue?
