M201 extruder thermistor problem

Hello, I just have assembled my new M201 printer. I was checking the heater and found that, the thermistor for the extruder is not stable. I don't know why, it shows the correct temperature of around 200C and then after a while it shows 140 C or something else. Is it something that the thermistor is becoming short circuited somehow??? Please advice me. Thanks.

Have a try to reload the firmware.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
