New G2S not printing

Hi everyone,

I've spent weeks trying to get my G2S working but to no avail.
It's doing everything correctly it just isn't pushing out the blue sample material that came with it.

I've switched between the two heads & extruders, neither one seems to be working properly.
It's heating up (Burnt my finger), the extruders turn very slowly I'm not convinced they're doing their job properly.

I've had to force the materials down the tubes, anyone know what's going wrong?

I guess you didn't plug filament(sample material) into the bottom of the barrel,if you did,then check the following tips:
