Will not auto home and Z rods bent

Hello everyone! I have a Acrylic I3 Pro B and I can not get it to auto home. All axis move about an inch then stop never hitting the stop switches. Also my threaded rods for my Z axis are bent causing my extruder to rock back and forth a little. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks

1.Make sure all your endstops are plugged in the corresponding socket X_min,Y_min,Z_min.
2.About the bent Z axis,you can contact the seller for the replacement.
